I had humble beginnings on QuoteV as a young teen, writing fan fiction about Percy Jackson, The Raven Cycle, and Dragon Age.

In high school, I maxed out the essay writing computer program and was given the opportunity to write creatively for the last two years. I wrote a lot of superhero stories in that time and was slowly coming into my queer and trans identity.

In college, I studied English Literature and Creative Writing with a group of people who became my closest friends and most passionate writing collaborators <3 We started a literary magazine called Silly Goose Press, found at sillygoosepress.com, where I act as Co-Founder and Co-Editor in Chief of Creative Non-Fiction.

I recently received my MFA in Creative Writing and Poetics from the University of Washington - Bothell.
